“I work in technology. When I'm able to present a solution to a customer and have them be happy with the result - and understand it, then I feel like I'm living my purpose. I recently led a demo of an AI (artificial intelligence) agent that autonomously created and sent an email, and then responded to the reply. I explained how the agent worked and took away some of the fear in the customer and enabled their team to be able to create their own AI agents!”
