1. READ what gives Diane fresh purpose
“I somehow knew as a Bible study group member that God would call me into leadership. God doesn't need my help to move the gospel forward. But the fact that He allows my help is mind blowing. There is nothing more fulfilling than helping women understand God and Jesus! Many women who grew up in church still look at themselves through the lens of the world instead of the lens of God. One of the most important things I tell them is not to let the world define who they are. God says you are a cherished possession and beloved child. Come on! How amazing and awesome is that?”
2. REFLECT on what gives you fresh purpose
Do you see yourself through the lens of the world or through the lens of God?

4. PRAY God’s purpose-filled words over your day!
Father, may your will be done - in me and through me. You encourage us in your Word to “spread the message about Christ as we instruct and teach everyone with all the wisdom there is so what we can present everyone as mature Christian people.” (Colossians 1:28) May we be faithful in sharing you and your wisdom with others. So that they can see themselves as you see them - loved and a cherished possession. Amen.
5. Before you go - a fun fact about group Bible studies!
Group Bible studies trace their roots back thousands of years to the Jewish tradition of “chavruta” - an Aramaic word for “companionship” - highlighting the relational aspect of studying and discussing scripture with others.
